Returns & Refunds at Luccheese
We want you to love your new footwear. If something isn’t right, we’ve made our return process simple and straightforward.
What is your return window?
You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Items received after this period cannot be accepted.
What condition must the item be in?
To qualify for a refund, items must be:
- Unworn and in their original condition
- Returned in the original shoe box with all included accessories
- Free from signs of wear, scuffs, or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect
Are there any return fees?
No. We offer free returns within the United States and Canada. There are no restocking fees or hidden costs. If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. For all other eligible returns, we also cover the return shipping.
How do I start a return?
Simply email us at info@luccheese.online with your order number and the reason for return. Our customer service team will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions within one business day.

When will I get my refund?
Once your return package is received at our facility, we inspect the items within 1–2 business days. After approval, the refund will be initiated back to your original payment method.
- It typically takes an additional 7–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Custom-made, personalized items, and items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange. Any items returned in worn, damaged, or non-original condition will not be refunded and will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get a different size or style is to place a new order and initiate a return for the original item using the process above.
