Processing Time
Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

We currently ship to the following destinations:

- Canada (all provinces)
At this time, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or territories outside the contiguous US and Canada.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada.
- United States: 3–5 business days in transit
- Canada: 5–7 business days in transit
The estimated delivery times above are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier issues are beyond our control.
Carriers
We partner with major carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The specific carrier for your order is chosen at our discretion based on package size, destination, and speed. You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
International Orders & Customs (Canada)
For our Canadian customers: please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
